• Colour Scheme: Fabric and paint selection, paint mapping and product specification
• Materials and Finishes: Flooring, wall tile, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, furniture, and window treatments. 
• Basic pricing for recommended materials and finishes

• Client meetings to review design
• Site meetings and communication with Contractor
• Sourcing and placement of furniture, artwork and accessories
• Order and arrange delivery of products and furnishings
